A built-in sanitary scoop holder keeps the scoop handle above the ice, and the included NSF-approved scoop incorporates a knuckle and thumb guard. The Duratech exterior resists fingerprints and corrosion, while the polyurethane Arctic Blue liner provides a dedicated food-contact storage surface.
