Under manufacturer rating conditions of 70°F air and 50°F water, it produces up to 900 lb of ice in 24 hours, with 695 lb at 90°F air and 70°F water. The air-cooled, self-contained unit operates on 208-230V/60/1-phase power and uses R290A refrigerant. Dual top and side exhaust provides installation flexibility, while the front-facing evaporator and dishwasher-safe food-zone components simplify cleaning. Harvest Assist technology, one-touch sanitizing and descaling controls, and a digital control system support routine operation and service.
