The Manitowoc RFP0320A/D420 combines a 22 inch modular flake ice maker with a D420 storage bin for commercial foodservice operations that need both continuous flake ice production and dedicated storage. The air-cooled RFP0320A is rated for up to 370 lb of flake ice production per 24 hours under the manufacturer's applicable 70°F air and 50°F water rating condition. The D420 provides 383 lb of ice storage in a 22 inch W × 34 inch D × 50 inch H cabinet, creating an overall configuration approximately 22 inch W × 34 inch D × 76 inch H. The ice maker operates on 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power and measures 22 inch W × 23.6 inch D × 26 inch H. Flake ice can conform around food and products without the same tendency to bruise or shift associated with larger ice forms, making this configuration useful for food displays, salad bars, seafood and produce presentation, and cold therapy applications.
