The Blue Air BSF72T-HC is a 72 cu. ft. commercial top-mount reach-in freezer designed for high-volume frozen food storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, catering operations, bakeries, grocery facilities, and institutional foodservice. Its three solid doors divide the cabinet into three storage sections, while twelve adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves provide organized space for frozen ingredients and inventory.

The stainless steel interior and exterior are built for commercial foodservice environments, with galvanized steel used on the back and bottom. Cyclopentane insulation supports cabinet construction, while six swivel casters, including two front-braking casters, make positioning and servicing the three-door unit more practical.

A top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and a manufacturer-specified 1/2 HP compressor. The sliding condensing unit is designed for easier service access, while an electrodeposition-coated evaporator supports heat transfer and corrosion resistance. A rear-wall air guard promotes air circulation and cooling throughout the storage compartment.

The BSF72T-HC is specified for freezer operation from -10°F to 5°F. A hot-gas frame heating system helps reduce condensation around the cabinet frame, and LED interior lighting provides visibility across the three sections. The cabinet is also designed to accommodate full-size 18 inch L × 26 inch D bun sheet pan racks.

Each solid door is self-closing at 90° or less and includes an automatic hold-open feature at 110°. Replaceable door gaskets, heavy-duty all-metal door handles, pressure-relief construction, and standard door locks are designed for regular commercial kitchen use.

Temperature monitoring is handled through self-diagnostic digital temperature controls with a digital display, while manual defrost controls support maintenance. The manufacturer specifies 115V/60Hz/1-phase electrical operation, 5.5 amps, and a NEMA 5-15 connection. The unit is ETL listed.
