The Everest EBB59G-SD is a 17 cu. ft. commercial back bar refrigerator designed for beverage storage in bars, restaurants, pubs, lounges, hotels, and other foodservice operations. Its 57-3/4 inch wide cabinet provides dedicated refrigerated storage while the 24-1/2 inch depth works well in back-bar layouts where floor space is limited.

Two sliding glass doors provide access to the refrigerated cabinet while allowing staff to see stored beverages without opening the doors. Four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves provide two shelves per section, with adjustable positioning to accommodate different bottle and can arrangements. The manufacturer rates the cabinet for up to 357 standard 12 oz. bottles or 560 12 oz. cans.

A side-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and a 1/4+ HP compressor. Everest's specification sheet lists 1,926 BTU/HR refrigeration capacity under its stated test conditions. The refrigeration system incorporates a full-length air duct for cold-air circulation, automatic defrost, and a self-maintaining condensate drain pan.
