Everest EBF3 71 Cu. Ft. Bottom Mount Commercial Reach-In Freezer
The Everest EBF3 is a 71 cu. ft. three-section commercial reach-in freezer built for high-volume frozen food storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, institutional foodservice operations, bakeries, catering facilities, and other professional environments. At 74 3/4 inch wide, the upright cabinet provides substantial frozen storage while its 33 1/8 inch depth is designed to accommodate full-size baking sheet pans.
The bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses Everest's Blizzard R290 cooling platform, with two 3/4 HP compressors supporting freezer operation. Three full-height solid doors are self-closing and locking, while nine epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips provide flexible organization for frozen ingredients, prepared foods, meats, seafood, desserts, and other products. Digital temperature controls with an LED display, automatic defrost, LED interior lighting, stainless steel interior and front and sides, six 5 inch swivel casters with three locking casters, and three leg stabilizers add practical features for commercial kitchen use.
