Hoshizaki KM-1100MAJ/B-500SF Ice Maker with 500 lb Bin
The Hoshizaki KM-1100MAJ/B-500SF commercial crescent cube ice maker combines high-volume ice production with a 500 lb storage bin for busy foodservice operations. Producing up to 1,087 lb of crescent-shaped ice per 24 hours under rated conditions, this air-cooled system is designed for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafeterias, and other commercial establishments with substantial daily ice demands.
The KM-1100MAJ features a durable stainless steel exterior, a dual-sided stainless steel evaporator, CycleSaver™ technology, an EverCheck™ alert system, and integrated ultrasonic bin control. Its 30 inch wide modular design supports commercial ice production while the B-500SF bin provides insulated storage, a stainless steel exterior, and an easy-to-clean polyethylene interior liner. The ice maker operates on 208-230V, 60Hz, single-phase power and requires hardwired installation.
