The Everest EPBWR2 is a 59-1/8 inch refrigerated Mega Top prep table designed to combine substantial refrigerated ingredient storage with an accessible preparation station for commercial kitchens. Its 16 Cu. Ft. cabinet features two solid swing doors and two shelves for organizing ingredients and supplies. The Mega Top section accommodates up to twenty-four 1/6-size pans, providing convenient access to toppings, fillings, condiments, and other frequently used ingredients during food preparation and service. The back-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and features a detachable cooling cartridge designed for service and replacement without on-site brazing. Front air breathing, electronically commutated fan motors, a full-length cold-air duct, automatic defrost, and digital temperature control support refrigerated operation. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide a commercial foodservice work surface, while four 5 inch swivel casters allow the unit to be moved and positioned as needed.
