The Everest EOTP1 is an 8 cu. ft. refrigerated open top prep table designed to combine cold ingredient storage with an accessible preparation and assembly station. Its 27 3/4 inch wide stainless steel top has an opening for twelve 1/6-size food pans, making frequently used toppings, condiments, vegetables, and other ingredients easy to reach during service. A removable 1/2 inch thick insulated cover protects the pan area when it is not being used.

The refrigerated base features one solid self-closing door and an epoxy-coated wire shelf with adjustable clips for organized ingredient storage. Everest's back-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses a detachable cooling cartridge, a 1/5 HP compressor, digital temperature controls with an LED display, automatic defrost, and front air breathing.
