The Hoshizaki KM-1100MAJ is a commercial air-cooled modular crescent cuber designed for restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and other foodservice operations with high daily ice requirements. It produces up to 1,087 lb of crescent-shaped ice per 24 hours under specified manufacturer test conditions. The 30 inch-wide stainless steel cabinet incorporates Hoshizaki's double-sided KMEdge stainless steel evaporator design, CycleSaver technology, EverCheck alert system, and CleanAssist cleaning support. Integrated ultrasonic bin control helps manage ice levels when the machine is installed with a compatible storage bin. Operating on 208–230V/60/1 single-phase power, this modular unit requires a hardwired electrical connection and a separately purchased compatible ice storage bin or dispenser.
