This thermostatically controlled natural gas griddle features four burners producing 120,000 BTU/hr total and a durable 1 inch thick grooved steel cooking plate.
The spacious 48 inch wide by 24 inch deep cooking surface provides ample room for preparing burgers, steaks, chicken, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, grilled sandwiches, vegetables, and other high-volume menu items. The grooved steel plate creates attractive char-broiler marks without actually char-broiling, providing versatility for professional foodservice operations.
The thermostat helps maintain the selected cooking temperature during busy service periods, while aeration baffles between the burners help distribute heat evenly across the griddle surface. The IGG-48 also features adjustable gas valves, continuous pilots, a 4 inch stainless steel grease gutter, a removable 1 gallon grease can, stainless steel construction, and a countertop configuration.
