The Blue Air BLCB24 is a heavy-duty 24 inch countertop radiant charbroiler designed to give commercial kitchens a dedicated grilling surface without taking up the space of a full-size cooking range. Two independently controlled radiant burners deliver 35,000 BTU/hr each for 70,000 BTU/hr of total cooking output. The unit is built with durable stainless steel construction and uses radiant burner technology to provide direct heat for grilling and searing foods. A cool-touch stainless steel front landing ledge provides a convenient working edge, while the full-width crumb tray is designed for easy access during cleaning. The BLCB24 ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for compatible propane installations.
