The American Range AECB-24 Char-Rock Broiler is a heavy-duty commercial countertop broiler designed for restaurants, diners, bars, sandwich shops, catering operations, and professional kitchens. This natural gas unit features two individually controlled 35,000 BTU/hr cast-iron H-shaped burners for a total output of 70,000 BTU/hr. Natural volcanic lava rock creates authentic char-broiled flavor as food juices drip onto the heated rocks, producing searing flames and flavorful smoke. Heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates can be positioned flat or sloped and feature grease runners to help manage runoff and flare-ups. Stainless steel construction, removable grates, manual burner controls, standing pilots, and adjustable legs provide practical performance for demanding foodservice environments.
