CMA 181-GW Commercial Glasswasher with Booster Heater, 30 Racks per Hour
The CMA 181-GW Energy Mizer® is a high-temperature undercounter glasswasher/dishwasher designed for busy restaurants, bars, wineries, and commercial kitchens. It handles up to 30 racks or 600 glasses per hour while using just 0.75 gallons of water per rack. Its Safe-T-Temp booster provides a 70°F rise and maintains a 180°F final rinse. Stainless-steel wash and rinse arms, automatic fill, chemical pumps, digital LED temperature gauges, gravity drain, and 11-1/4 inch clearance provide dependable commercial glasswashing performance.
