The CMA CB Energy Mizer® is a commercial double-rack corner dishwasher designed for high-volume foodservice operations requiring dependable low-temperature chemical sanitizing. This stainless-steel dishwasher processes up to 80 racks or 320 covers per hour and uses as little as .97 gallons of water per rack. It features built-in chemical pumps, top-mounted controls, automatic start/stop, a deliming system, pump purging, upper and lower stainless-steel wash arms, and a Poly Pro scrap accumulator. The 20 inch maximum dish clearance and included dish racks provide efficient cleaning capacity for restaurants, institutional kitchens, and other professional foodservice applications.
