The CMA E-AH-EXT Energy Mizer® is a commercial single-rack straight-through dishwasher designed for efficient low-temperature chemical sanitizing in professional foodservice operations. It processes up to 40 racks or 160 covers per hour and features durable stainless-steel construction, 20-1/2 inch maximum dish clearance, a 1 HP wash pump, external sump, built-in chemical pumps, top-mounted controls, automatic start/stop, deliming system, and Poly Pro® scrap accumulator. The 25-3/4 inch wide design provides an efficient solution for restaurants, institutional kitchens, and other commercial foodservice applications.
