This three-section unit places 4 drawers on the right and 1 door on the left, with 2 adjustable wire shelves and space for up to 12 1/3-size pans. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and a 3/8 HP compressor to maintain 33°F to 39°F. A 19 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick reversible cutting board provides a dedicated prep surface, while the insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider.
