The air-cooled BLMH-500AD produces up to 553 lb of ice per 24 hours under 70°F air and 50°F water conditions, while production is lower under hotter operating conditions. The machine uses R-290 refrigerant, operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power, and has a stainless steel cabinet for commercial kitchen use. Its half-dice ice format is well suited to beverage service, while the digital controls, bin-full sensing, cleaning and sanitizing functions, and removable air filter help simplify everyday operation and maintenance.
