Built for commercial pizza and food preparation, it features stainless steel construction and a 19 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick reversible cutting board for a dedicated prep surface. The unit accommodates standard 4 inch or 6 inch deep food pans and uses R-290 refrigerant to maintain a 33°F to 39°F operating range. Its front-breathing, side-mounted compressor can be serviced without moving the table, making it practical for busy commercial kitchens.
