Measuring 36.5 inch wide, this low-profile unit provides 6.88 cu.ft. of nominal storage capacity behind two stainless steel drawers. The 16-gauge stainless steel top incorporates a ceramic heat shield to help protect the work surface from cooking equipment heat. Its 1/5 HP refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant, while a digital controller with an LED display and temperature alarms helps monitor cabinet temperatures. Each drawer accommodates compatible food pans up to 6 inch deep, allowing kitchen staff to organize ingredients close to the cooking line.
