The Everest EPBNWR2 is a 16 cu. ft. refrigerated standard top prep table designed to combine ingredient storage, food preparation, and refrigerated access in one commercial workstation. Its 59 1/8 inch stainless steel worktop accommodates up to sixteen 1/6-size food pans, making commonly used toppings, vegetables, fillings, and other ingredients readily accessible during service. A removable 12 1/4 inch cutting board provides a dedicated surface for sandwich, salad, wrap, and cold-food preparation.

The refrigerated base has two solid self-closing doors with magnetic snap-in gaskets and two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips for organized storage. Its rear-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses a 1/3 HP compressor, digital controls with an LED display, automatic defrost, electronically commutated fans, and a full-length air duct to distribute cold air through the cabinet. Four 5 inch swivel casters, including two locking casters, provide mobility for cleaning or kitchen reconfiguration.
