The Everest EPBR1 is a compact 27-3/4 inch refrigerated Mega Top prep table that combines refrigerated ingredient storage with a dedicated preparation area for commercial kitchens, delis, cafés, and foodservice operations. Its 8 Cu. Ft. refrigerated cabinet has one solid swing door and one shelf for organizing ingredients and supplies. The Mega Top section is configured for twelve 1/6-size pans, keeping frequently used toppings and ingredients accessible during food preparation and service. A removable cutting board provides additional workspace, while the insulated top helps protect the refrigerated pan area when covered. The back-mounted Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and is designed as a detachable cooling cartridge for convenient servicing. Digital temperature controls, automatic defrost, front air breathing, and a full-length cold-air duct support consistent refrigerated operation. The stainless steel construction is suited to commercial foodservice environments, and four 5 inch swivel casters provide mobility with front locking casters for positioning.
