The Everest EPPSR2 is a 59-1/8 inch refrigerated pizza prep table that combines 16 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with a dedicated ingredient preparation area for busy commercial kitchens. The two-door cabinet includes four shelves for organizing refrigerated ingredients, while the top section accommodates seven 1/3-size pans for convenient access to pizza toppings and other frequently used ingredients. The 19-1/4 inch cutting board extends the working area for pizza preparation and food assembly.

A side-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system uses a 1/3 HP compressor and operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power with a 2.5-amp full-load rating. The stainless steel construction is suited to commercial foodservice environments, while the four 5 inch casters provide mobility for cleaning and kitchen positioning.
