The Everest EPPR1 is a compact 35-5/8 inch refrigerated pizza prep table designed to combine refrigerated ingredient storage with a dedicated pizza preparation area. Its 9 cu. ft. interior includes two adjustable-position epoxy-coated wire shelves, while the top preparation area accommodates four 1/3-size pans for convenient access to pizza toppings and ingredients during service. The removable 19-1/4 inch cutting board provides a practical workspace for food preparation.

Built with a heavy-duty stainless steel interior and exterior, the EPPR1 features a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop, insulated top lid, self-closing solid door, and four 5 inch swivel casters with locks on the front set. Its side-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R-290 refrigeration system uses a 1/3 HP compressor and operates on 115V/60Hz/1-phase power.
